HOW MATCHING WORKS
Pick the key that matters.
For an exact duplicate export, compare the entire row. For contact lists, choose the email column so rows with the same email match even if the name differs. Choose whether the first or last version survives.
Whitespace and letter-case options affect matching only. Downloaded values stay as they appeared in the input. Always review the removed-row preview before using the cleaned file.
